James Grantis

Co-Founder, President. James has arranged more than 5,000 private mortgages, totalling over $500 million in mortgage funding. As co-founder of Hosper Mortgage, James leads the company’s investment service team and sits on the investment board that reviews mortgages. James personally invests in Hosper MIC and Hosper's Direct Mortgage Investment (DMI) program.

Scott Stevens

Hosper MIC. Scott is your contact for all things MIC. Scott is responsible for growing Hosper's 3 MIC Funds, including helping investors purchase MIC shares, redeem existing shares, and maintaining the balance of each portfolio. Scott has personally invested in Hosper MIC.

Mark Catella

MIC & DMI Payments & Payouts. Mark coordinates thousands of payments each month (both collections from borrowers and disbursements to investors) and oversees the payout and discharge of all completed mortgage transactions. Mark assists investors with late payments, payouts, monthly statements, and tax reporting. Mark has personally invested in Hosper MIC.

Jeremy Richardson
Lawyer & Founder of Richardson Law

Jeremy has focused on real estate Law since 2004 and launched Richardson Law in 2015, which specializes in private mortgage transactions and mortgage enforcement. Richardson Law quickly scaled firm volume to 1,400+ transaction per year. Richardson Law reviews every mortgage funded by Hosper MIC. Jeremy has personally invested in Hosper MIC.

Jad Cherri
CFA, Account Manager

Jad is a CFA Charter Holder with 8+ years experience in investment banking and alternative investments, including real estate, private equity, and venture capital. Over his career, Jad managed $700MM in assets and invested $130MM in real estate transactions in the US, Europe, and Middle East. Jad helps DMI investors onboard and find suitable deals that fit their investment needs.

Jerry Wieliczko
Business Development Manager (BDM)

Jerry sources and cultivates broker relationships and supports the inflow of new mortgage investment opportunities. Jerry has been in the banking and mortgage industry for over 30 years and has received many awards throughout for his service and performance. Jerry has personally advised-on and closed over 4,500 mortgage transactions.

Sam Beigi
Finance Manager

Sam oversees the cash management, accounting, financial reporting, and taxation of Hosper. Sam studies and extracts insights from investment data that help inform our decision-making including the cultivation and management of the MIC’s Loan Loss Reserve.

Giulia Miscio
Project & Marketing Lead

Giulia oversees the company’s project and marketing work. This includes content design and distribution, project management, and monthly client events, all which support the growth and image of the Hosper Mortgage brand. Giulia can assist you with any questions relating to our marketing efforts.
