As CEO of Hosper Mortgage, Nick Christopoulos brings a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams focused on executing business growth strategies.

His experience includes senior executive roles with Scotiabank and Wells Fargo, as well as leadership positions within private debt and equity platforms. Most recently, he served as CEO of Velos Capital, the parent company of Westboro MIC and First Source MIC, where he led significant growth across assets under management, net income, credit facilities, and investor equity.

Nick has also served on several boards and was the Ultimate Designated Person of the Westboro exempt market dealer. He holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a BSc from the University of Toronto.

He’s also an avid off-road enthusiast who enjoys taking his Jeep on trails and outdoor adventures whenever he gets the chance.

Emerson Ross is a Sales Strategist at Hosper Mortgage, where he drives growth through strategic origination, market insight, and high-impact client engagement. With over six years of experience across consulting, strategy, and business development, he has a strong track record of building pipelines, shaping go-to-market strategies, and turning complex market dynamics into actionable results.

Prior to Hosper, Emerson was a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he advised Fortune 500 companies across the public and private sectors on growth strategy, commercialization, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His experience also includes roles in partnerships and account management, where he helped drive revenue growth and build lasting client and partner relationships.

Emerson holds an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship and a BA in International Business from Rollins College, where he was an NCAA athlete on the men’s golf team.
