For the past years, Jerry has been a key member of Hosper Mortgage, serving as a Broker Relationship Manager. In this role, he has built a reputation as a reliable, responsive, and solutions-oriented partner to mortgage brokers and agents. He is dedicated to helping them succeed by providing guidance, insight, and timely support in an ever-evolving industry.

Jerry’s commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed. He has earned five consecutive years of industry recognition, a testament to his professionalism, work ethic, and ability to foster meaningful relationships.

After work, Jerry loves to walk and bike, enjoys music, and spends time with his family.

With deep market insight and a strong understanding of deal structuring and client needs, Karim brings a strategic, solutions-focused approach to every interaction. His ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex scenarios, and foster long-term partnerships positions them as a trusted advisor and a key contributor to Hosper’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Karim enjoys spending time fishing with his dog, hiking, camping, biking, and exploring the outdoors whenever he can. A passionate traveler, he loves experiencing different cultures, cuisines, and destinations from around the world, always appreciating the unique perspectives, adventures, and connections that travel brings. He’s also an avid off-road enthusiast who enjoys taking his Jeep on trails and outdoor adventures whenever he gets the chance.

Prior to Hosper, Emerson was a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he advised Fortune 500 companies across the public and private sectors on growth strategy, commercialization, and large-scale transformation initiatives. His experience also includes roles in partnerships and account management, where he helped drive revenue growth and build lasting client and partner relationships.

Emerson holds an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship and a BA in International Business from Rollins College, where he was an NCAA athlete on the men’s golf team.

Before stepping into his BDM role, Garry spent nearly two years on Hosper’s investment team as an Investment Account Manager, where he developed a strong understanding of underwriting criteria and investor priorities. He holds a Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.

Known for being a practical resource for brokers, Sarthak enjoys solving the “puzzles” of complex applications. He works closely with partners to find creative, outside-the-box solutions that balance borrower needs with sound investment judgment.

When he isn’t reviewing appraisals, Sarthak is likely exploring the city on his bicycle or trying a new food spot. A cinephile and a football fan, he also enjoys clearing his head on long walks or catching a match at the local pub.

Outside of work, Dyson enjoys staying active through sports, particularly pickleball and soccer, which reflect his team-oriented mindset and competitive spirit. He is also a passionate supporter of Manchester United F.C. and closely follows the club and the sport.
